Our flagship Market Landscape has hit the road running. After only 6 months since release, it is being used both by fast growing energetic startups and some of the largest microscope, optics and laser manufacturers in the world.
However, the Market Landscape is still in Closed Beta, there is so much more room to grow. We are looking of an experienced and ambitious product engineer that is looking to step up. You will have the opportunity to bring our flagship product to maturity, to manage it as your own and eventually build your own team around it.
What is Scitodate?
Scitodate is a fast growing AI startup based in Amsterdam. We work on the edge of AI, large-scale data engineering and NLP to extract global knowledge from tens of millions of scientific articles.
Currently, leading manufacturers or research equipment use our Market Landscape to identify all their potential customers in the research world.
And yes we are in the Google Startup Program.
What will you do?
Until now the CTO has been the main owner of the whole technology stack. As we expand, we are looking for a specialized product engineer to take full-ownership of the Market Landscape, someone that will be fully focused in maturing this successful seed into a mayor enterprise tool.
You will be working alongside the CTO and the Customer Success Manager to coordinate product, R&D and user priorities.
The first year in the job will be very hands on. You will be the main decision maker for the Market Landscape, but you will also be the one implementing it. Once we reach 1.0, you will have the opportunity to grow your own team to coordinate the expansion of the product throughout its lifetime.
What are we looking for?
You are an experienced Frontend and Backend developer.
You are exceptional in UX design.
You are experienced with Angular and have worked with Python.
You are familiar with Elasticsearch.
You are a good communicator and team worker.
You are adapt to rapid change, both in tech stack and in team structure.
